• After the 36-month period, you will have the opportunity to choose a plot from a Bhumap Housing property, which will be registered in your name.
• Any additional savings can be paid over the next 60 months.

Referral points

If you join through your referral, you will earn 1 point. By accumulating 1000 points, you can receive a free plot valued at Rs. 8 lakh.

Please note that timely EMI deposits from all members are essential for this process to be successful, and the rewards will be available after the 36-month period.

Important note

Adding at least 100 people to your referral can lead to a significant opportunity within one year. If you decide not to take the plot, the company will return your total investment made over 36 months.
